Why AHH

We are AHH, a social infrastructure group providing a solution to the UK’s housing crisis. AHH have funded, built and managed six vibrant communities, supporting over 550 elderly people to live in an affordable environment that enables them to thrive.

Over the last 25 years, we’ve built the Affordable Housing and Healthcare Group into an end-to-end platform to originate, deliver and operate affordable Shared Ownership communities.

We’ve been delivering new homes for the past 25 years 

Through Shared Ownership, our communities are affordable for every age group; enabling more people to become independent and get onto the housing ladder.

However, we want to go further. We know that the demand is there, with 20 million people in the UK needing an affordable housing solution, so we have a target of delivering 2,000 homes offering varying layers of care per annum by 2026.
